As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, celebrating 75 years of India’s independence, the grand opening of the Week of Indian Cinema took place at the Theater Belarus in Minsk on 9 August 2021. The festival is organized by the Embassy of India in Belarus with the support of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
