Online Certificate Course and Ambassador’s interaction related to Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations by EoI, Ankara (March 2021)
i) Online Certificate Course (OCC) on Mahatma Gandhi’s Philosophy (20 March, 2021). ii) Ambassador had interactions with various local government functionaries and briefed them about celebrations under India@75.

The announcement regarding celebrations of India@75, its significance and the events planned was made in the interview by Acting Consul General to Cumhuriyet Newspaper, the oldest and one of the most reputed newspapers in Turkey which was published on 18 April 2021.
Donation Drive and various Yoga & Meditation events organised during Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations by CGI, Istanbul (June 04-21, 2021)
1. Consulate team led by ACG visited Little sisters of the Poor, called Fransiz Fakirhanesi in Istanbul to donate food and Covid related material for about 90 people; 2. Consulate in collaboration with Art of Living Turkey organised a virtual session addressing mental health issues faced during COVID19 pandemic; 3. Art of living organised the event called 1 Million people across Europe to mediate with Sri Sri Ravishankar, Consulate also shared the infographic with theme Turkey also meditating, Ambassador of India to Turkey gave speech during the event; 4. Yoga by the Bosphorus event was organized in Istanbul, at the juncture of Asia and Europe on a floating platform on Golden Horn near Bosphorous sea. The venue had Istanbul's iconic landmarks in its backdrop and it was attended by the Mayor of Istanbul, Mr. Ekrem Imamoglu who participated in the Yoga session along with other high level Government dignitaries/officials
Online 'Turkey Meditates' session and International Yoga Day celebrations organised during Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations by EoI, Ankara (June 13-21, 2021)
1. Ambassador participated in an online 'Turkey Meditates' session, as part of a 'Europe Meditates' event organized by the Art of Living. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar led a live meditation for all of Europe. Ambassador also addressed the participants via video message on the occasion; 2. Series of yoga events to mark IDY-2021, coinciding with India@75.
