Art event,Hindi Week ceremony and Promotion of India as Study Destination during Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations by EoI, Dushanbe (March 2021)

i) "Tile Art Painting" project for various schools in Dushanbe to mark the festivals of Holi & Nawruz (12 March, 2021). ii) Closing ceremony of Hindi Week (18 March 2021) and also inaugurated "India Study Centre” at Tajik State Institute of Languages named after Sotim Ulughzoda in the context of India@75.

Concert on Indian Dance and music, Cultural Events and Media Interaction on Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations organised by EoI, Dushanbe (April 18, 2021)

i) Students of Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre of Embassy of India, Dushanbe delighted the students of Afghan School, Dushanbe through a concert of Indian Dance and music. The concert showcased the common culture and heritage of Afghanistan, India & Tajikistan (12 April, 2021). ii) Ambassador interacted with students of Dushanbe branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University on role & contributions of SCO Member States in formation & development of SCO & Tajik-India relations (15 April, 2021). iii) Ambassador participated in exhibition and scientific conference on ‘Mirzo Tursunzoda and his works on India’(19 April, 2021). iv) Ambassador interacted & discussed with the students of Russia -Tajik (Slavonic) University the current status & future prospects of Tajik- India Bilateral Relations. Ambassador also encouraged them to avail Higher Education Scholarships offered by Embassy of India, Dushanbe (22 April, 2021).

Art and Cultural Event organised during Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations by EoI, Dushanbe ( May 07-28, 2021)

On 7 May, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (SVCC) of Embassy of India, Dushanbe organized the exhibition of the Tile Art Paintings done by the students of 10 schools of Dushanbe city. The exhibition aimed at painting scenes depicting Nawruz & Holi festivals and India-Tajikistan friendship. Students of Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre presented a concert for the budding painters and their inspiring Teachers who had participated in this Project. On 16 May, Charge d' Affairs addressed the gathering during a seminar on "Life of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi" organized by India Study Centre, Khorogh. On 28 May, Dance and Music students of SVCC presented monthly cultural programme 'Parampara'.
