India@75 Celebrations in Baku (March 2021)
India@75 celebrations kickstarted with an online event to showcase the State of Kerala (dubbed in local language). An online quiz on Indian Geography was launched. Besides, an online interactive session was organised with participation of Indian diaspora and friends of India from Azerbaijan where a presentation on the achievements of India in past 75 years was done.

1) Webinar to promote Indian spices in Azerbaijan in collaboration with Spice Board of India (April 09, 2021). ii) Release of video on impact of Kudambashree project (On women empowerment) in Azerbaijan, produced by Embassy of India, Baku ( April 15, 2021). iii) Launched online quiz on the theme of India@75 ( April 21, 2021). iv) Indian Cuisine show (April 23, 2021).
Little Guru app launch, State Promotion; Health and Wellness Event and Online Quiz organised during Amrit Mahotsav Celebrations by EoI, Baku ( May 2021)

Embassy of India, Baku in collaboration with Azerbaijan University of Languages organized virtual launch of #LittleGuru, the world’s first gamified app for learning #Sanskrit on 7th May 2021 at 1500 hrs. The event was attended by many academicians and members of Indian diaspora. 2. Showcasing Incredible Destinations of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Manipur which was premiered through Facebook page of Embassy of India on May 13 at 1600 hrs. 3. Online Quiz launched through Facebook page on the theme of India@75 on May 05 and 17, 2021. 4. Online Yoga session by Mr. Kanan Mammadov from The Art of Living , Azerbaijan on May 29 at 1830 hrs which was graced by the presence of Mr. Rufat Guliyev, the Member of Parliament of Azerbaijan

Amrit Mahotsav: 75 trees planted in Baku on 15 August 2021
Embassy of India in collaboration with Landau School today planted 75 trees to mark the #75thIndependenceDay of India at Landau School Sea Breeze Campus. The joint event demonstrated the shared commitment of the people of India and Azerbaijan in creating and promoting a sustainable environment. H.E. Mr. Soltan Mammadov, Member of Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan graced the occasion as Chief Guest and also addressed the gathering. Leaders of the Indian diaspora in Azerbaijan and friends of India also participated in the event.

#ITECDAY #AmritMahotsav Celebration of Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (#ITEC) Day 2021 As part of celebrations to commemorate the 75 years of India’s Independence, Embassy of India, Baku organized an event on September 16, 2021, to celebrate #ITEC Day.
Celebration of Childhood
An event was organized at India House on 21 November 2021 by the Embassy of India, Baku towards “Celebration of Childhood” which saw participation from several diaspora children. Children came up with vivid performances like singing, dancing & recitation of poems. An interactive quiz competition was also held on the theme #DekhoApnaDesh. Later on the day, presentations were made in celebration of Kashi Utsav, Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas, Rajbhasha commemoration and Communal Harmony Diwas. A short video on the life event of Bhagwan Birsa Munda was also played during the commemoration.
