As a part of celebrating India@75, High Commission of India, Abuja has decided to gift a set of books on various subjects to 75 schools in Nigeria.
India@75 : HC’s Visit to NDA, Kaduna
Renewing and reinforcing our historic relationship with the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna. High Commissioner Abhay Thakur and Defence Attache visited NDA today. They were received warmly by Commandant NDA Maj. Gen. IM Yusuf. Both agreed to enhance cooperation in military trainings and sharing of expertise.

75th Independence Day was marked by OHCI Lagos. Around 120 community members and friends of India joined on the occasion.

Grand celebrations of India’s 75th Independence Day at the High Commission today, was attended by over 400 community members, friends and families. High Commissioner Abhay Thakur unfurled the National Flag and read out Rashtrapatiji’s address. A scintillating 2-hour performance including patriotic songs, dances, skits and poetry followed.
