An India-EU Seminar on Talent Mobility was organized by International Labour Organisation in partnership with India Center for Migration, a research think tank of the Ministry of External Affairs, on June 14-15, 2019 in Pune, Maharashtra. The seminar focused
on three sectors (IT industry; automotive industry and start-ups) vis-à-vis mobility of professionals, businesses and entrepreneurs along the India-EU corridor.
In his keynote address, Sh. Sanjiv Arora, Secretary (Consular, Passport, Visa and Overseas Indian Affairs) highlighted the need to strengthen and expand the scope of cooperation for enhancing mobility along the India-EU corridor. The seminar witnessed active
participation from the several young entrepreneurs; professionals; European Member States; International Organisation for Migration (IOM); NASSCOM; local business chamber namely Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture.
